On September 21st the Ambassadors Club visited the Bavarian State Representation (Landesvertretung) in Berlin and was received by the plenipotentiary of the Free State of Bavaria to the Federation, Dr. Rolf-Dieter Jungk. The President of the Ambassadors Club, Dr.h.c. Mania Feilcke-Dierck was delighted by the presence of many very interested ambassadors from all over the world.
The topic of the afternoon was “Bavaria and the digital future” where the Head of the Bavarian State Chancellery and State Minister for Federal Affairs and Special Tasks, Dr. Marcel Huber, spoke of the challenges and opportunities of digitalization for Bavaria, Germany and Europe. The project of the Bavarian state government is called „BAYERN DIGITAL” (“Bavaria Digital”) and includes a 5.5 billion euros investment for the digital future.
